I am a student athlete and developing leader. I have played sports since before I can remember and have always had a competitive spirit. Throughout my years in school, teachers and administration have told me I am a leader, now I am working to develop those skills to put that label into action.
As a sophomore, I earned a varsity letter and played a vital role in leading my team to Iowa sub-state. In my junior year, I earned a second varsity letter, 3rd Team All-State, 2nd Team All Conference and All Sub-State. I led my team to the State Tournament. I currently play for All Iowa Attack U17 EYCL team.
My first role is student. I have maintained a 3.0 GPA and am on track to be a 2 year academic award letter winner by the end of my high school career. I also volunteer in my community through Back 2 School Iowa and the Des Moines Chapter of Jack & Jill of America, Incorporated.
